Squeeze is building a category-defining consumer brand, and we are looking for a talented Marketing Intern who wants to help us strengthen the brand, reach more customers and create marketing people actually notice.

At Squeeze, interns are expected to contribute. You will work on live campaigns, create content that reaches real customers and take ownership of projects from idea to execution.

We are currently seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team in Oslo for fall 2026.

As a Marketing Intern, you will work hands-on across several parts of the marketing function. One day you might develop ideas for a new campaign, the next you could be creating content, analyzing campaign performance or helping bring a partnership or activation to life.

We are looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking and who is excited by the opportunity to build, test and learn.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign the lifecycle communication and newsletter strategy for all Squeeze clinics

• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns across relevant channels

• Develop ideas and concepts for content and campaigns

• Create and adapt content for social media and other customer-facing channels

• Write clear and engaging marketing copy

• Support organic and paid social media activities

• Monitor campaign and content performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• Conduct research into customers, competitors, trends and new marketing opportunities

• Work closely with the broader Squeeze team to bring marketing ideas from concept to execution

What we are looking for

You do not need years of marketing experience. We are looking for someone with strong instincts, high energy, takes a lot of initiative, and a willingness to learn.

You are likely someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in brands, consumer behavior, marketing and social media

• Has a strong creative eye and notices what makes content engaging

• Is a strong communicator and enjoys writing

• Understands what feels native on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok

• Is proactive and comfortable taking ownership

• Can balance creativity with attention to detail

• Enjoys moving quickly from idea to execution

• Is curious about what drives marketing performance rather than relying only on intuition

• Keeps up with culture, consumer trends and how brands communicate

• Wants to learn quickly and take on meaningful responsibility

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, communication, or another relevant field

• Very strong Norwegian writing skills for customer-facing content

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content

• Previous experience with newsletters, CRM, or customer lifecycle communications

Experience with tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, email/CRM platforms or content creation is a plus.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone with good judgment, strong ideas and the drive to make things actually happen.
