We are currently seeking Growth Interns to join our team in Oslo for fall 2026.

As a Growth Intern, you will work across the business to identify opportunities for growth, understand what drives customer behavior and be responsible to drive our sales pipeline.

You will combine analytical thinking with very hands-on execution: digging into data, developing hypotheses, launching experiments and talking to new and existing customers every single day.

Key responsibilities

• Drive both B2B and B2C sales efforts, from prospecting and customer outreach to conversations, follow-ups, and closing sales

• Identify and analyze opportunities to accelerate customer acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue

• Analyze customer, marketing and business data to uncover actionable insights

• Work on improving different parts of the customer journey and conversion funnel

• Support the evaluation of new growth channels, partnerships and commercial opportunities

• Work closely with marketing, operations and other parts of the organization to turn ideas into action

• Track the results of initiatives and communicate key learnings to the team

• Communicates clearly and works well with others

• Has high ambitions and wants a steep learning curve

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, economics, engineering, finance, or another relevant field

• Experience working in sales

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Professional proficiency in Norwegian
