People Operation Manager

In 2025, we are embarking on an exciting expansion, with plans to open 12 new clinics across Norway. To support this growth and ensure our continued success, we are seeking a passionate and goal-oriented People Operations Manager. As our People Operations Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the experience of our therapists and the success of our clinics.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead up to 16 clinics, providing support and follow-up for the therapists within your team.
  • Drive employee engagement and satisfaction by fostering a positive work culture.
  • Recruit and onboard new therapists to strengthen our teams.
  • Proactively monitor and ensure clinic performance and key results.
  • Manage staffing levels and oversee scheduling to meet business needs.
  • Ensure quality standards in clinics and uphold the company’s concept and values.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A dedicated and passionate leader with a drive for people and operational success.
  • A strong commitment to cultivating a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Someone with grit who thrives on challenges and adapts well to change.
  • A solution-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong English proficiency, as it is our primary working language.
  • Previous leadership experience, including employee management, recruitment, and scheduling, is a plus.

We are establishing a solid footprint in key Norwegian cities before we start entering new markets abroad.
